These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cornelia Maes (operating as EssenceFlow) governing your access to and use of the EssenceFlow website and all digital programs, guides, videos, trackers, habit cards and related educational materials.

By accessing the website, browsing content, or purchasing any program, you confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the website and refrain from making any purchases.

All content provided on EssenceFlow is intended solely for general educational and informational purposes. The materials are designed to support everyday well-being through gentle movement sequences, mindful daily choices and simple supportive habits. Nothing contained on the website or within the programs should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.

1. Intellectual Property Rights & Permitted Use

All text, illustrations, videos, sequences, PDFs, trackers and other content are the exclusive intellectual property of Cornelia Maes and protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a program grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, share, distribute, resell or create derivative works without prior written permission.

2. Ordering, Payment, Delivery and Access

Orders are placed through the website form. You will receive confirmation within 1–4 working hours (Amsterdam time). All payments are processed securely in USD. Digital programs are delivered instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours after successful payment verification. You receive lifetime personal access to download and keep the files, subject to the licence restrictions.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available if requested before the digital files have been delivered and within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Once materials are delivered, refunds are generally not available except in cases of technical failure on our side. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cornelia Maes and EssenceFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or programs. The materials are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Any changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam.
